About Amenado Consulting
- operational consultants who truly care about your business
Nana-Ama Kyeremeh began Amenado Consulting in 2017, first as a solo VA before growing into a small team. Despite the growth of the business, the personal touch of the early days remains. Nana-Ama and her team are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive ops experience.
Our post-pandemic world has forced many organizations into the digital space. From project work, and managing small teams or departments, Nana and her team have expanded into operations and larger project management work, helping business owners free up vital time and headspace to be able to make executive decisions.

Meet founder,
Nana-Ama
Hi there! I’m Nana-Ama, social butterfly and experienced project manager working with female founders. I’m also a multi-passionate entrepreneur who understands the feeling of a work/life out of control!
I have a background in international relations and diplomacy and a Masters in broadcasting and communications. I spent my early work life at a fast-paced news station. But I soon pivoted into the operations space, coordinating orders and deliveries for my mother’s catering business and later as a wedding planner.
I loved so much about what I was doing, but when it came to family and personal life – those things were not even in the picture.
Something had to change.
I realized my greatest skills were in operations and connecting with people. I’ve since managed teams of people, projects, launches – you name it – within corporate and professional settings including work with Face2Face Africa as their event producer/executive coordinator. I also love supporting passionate and go-getting small business owners by whipping their systems into shape.
My enthusiasm is infectious, I can’t help it! If we work together, I’m so committed to your business and brand I’ll shout it from the rooftops.
I’ve always been a team player and it clearly runs in the family genes. Amenado Consulting is named after Amenado, my paternal great grandmother. She was always a team player and mobilizer of her community towards a cause. My Dad too was a connector just like me. Before he passed in 2017, he encouraged me to pursue my dream of starting my business. Amenado Consulting is personal to me. By doing things that they both did in my work, it helps me feel connected to my lineage.
It’s such an honor to support fellow female founders and I look forward to working with you.

Our Values
Here are some of the things we hold dear to our hearts. If these resonate with you, we could be a good fit to work together.
Collaboration
People are at the heart of everything we do. Partnering with you for your business success brings us so much satisfaction. Connecting you with others in our network lights us up.
Accountability
You can trust us to do what we say we will. You may have been burned before when you reached out to help. Not this time. Our proactive approach means we’re on the front foot and you’re in the know.
Knowledge
This ain’t our first rodeo. Amenado Consulting began in 2017 but founder Nana-Ama has years of incredibly varied experience that she brings to the table. If ever we don’t know the answer, we make it our business to find out.
Organization
Systems and processes are our jam. And trust us, you’ll eventually start to see business ops and SOPs like we do - as kinda sexy and absolutely essential, especially as you grow and scale.
Communication
Our virtual door is always within our business hours. Reach out with any questions or for clarification and we’ll happily help with anything. Want us to break down a system or process in more detail? Of course.

Our Approach
Here’s how to get the ball rolling and what to expect from the process:
- Fill in the contact form to get in touch.
- Schedule a consultation call where I can learn more about you and your business.
- If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a proposal with the ways we can work together.
- On acceptance of the proposal, you’ll sign a contract and pay your first invoice.
- In your onboarding session, we’ll dive into the inner workings of your business, you’ll grant platform access and we’ll get on the same page about what success looks like.
- We’ll develop metrics to measure and track progress towards your goals.
- I’ll go away and prepare an action plan with how we can best collaborate.
- You greenlight it and then we’re away…it’s implementation time!
- You’ll have access to weekly check-ins for the first month, then bi-weekly check-ins.
- There’s no lock-in contract, so you’ve got the flexibility of a month to month arrangement.
- Communication is via Google meetings, text (during business hours) or email.
- You have peace of mind that your primary contact is across everything that’s happening.
